Rajesh Srivastava is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as EVP & Head of the Bank Control Unit at Bandhan Bank, Rajesh focuses on control, monitoring, risk assessments, and process improvement through digitization and automation. Prior to this, Rajesh held the position of Head of Products at Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd, overseeing liability product management and spearheading the launch of innovative banking programs. Rajesh's tenure at Jana Small Finance Bank involved enhancing customer acquisition strategies and brand building, while at HDFC Bank, Rajesh excelled as SVP & Zonal Head in managing one of the largest banking zones in the country. Rajesh began a career in customer service and credit collections at Citicorp Credit Services India Ltd. Rajesh holds an MBA from Jadavpur University and completed a Management Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
