Sayantan Chatterjee

Sayantan Chatterjee is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in business partnering and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Bandhan Bank since May 2021, Sayantan is responsible for establishing the Retail Assets vertical across India and coordinating with regional heads to meet hiring mandates. Prior experience includes working at IndusInd Bank from March 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR functions for 57 branches in Maharashtra and overseeing talent management analysis. Sayantan also held the position of HR Analyst and HR Business Partner, focusing on optimizing manpower and ensuring timely position closures in asset products.
