Sibiraj Nair has a strong background in banking and finance with over 20 years of experience. Sibiraj started their career at GODREJ & BOYCE MFG CO LTD as a Sr. Manager, where they worked in the Storage Solutions group. Sibiraj then moved to ICICI Bank as a Manager before joining HDFC Bank as a Sr. Manager, where they served as a Project Manager in the Quality Initiatives Group team and also worked in Sales & Sales Strategy in Credit Cards.
Sibiraj later joined Kotak Mahindra Bank, where they held various leadership roles. As Vice President, they led the Credit Card Collections team and managed a call center and field network. Sibiraj also served as Vice President for Credit Card Sales and managed the sales of co-brand credit cards, as well as Vice President for Premium/Affluent Credit Cards, where they oversaw the Premium Sales Channel and new customer acquisition. Sibiraj was later promoted to Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager, responsible for the sales and distribution team of retail credit cards.
Currently, Sibiraj is working at Bandhan Bank as the Head of Sales and Distribution. Overall, they have a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams in the banking industry.
