Subin Menon is a seasoned banking and technology professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in customer service transformation, digital strategy, and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bandhan Bank since February 2024, Subin previously held the role of Global Advisor at CIOAdvisory.ai and Senior Vice President at Baroda Global Shared Services, where responsibilities included elevating contact center operations and integrating service platforms utilizing AI and analytics. Prior to these roles, Subin managed IT services for Huawei Technologies across Africa and served in various managerial positions at Citibank India, focusing on technology implementation, compliance, and operational efficiency. Subin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
