Tathagata Mukherjee

Tathagata Mukherjee currently serves as Deputy Manager in Discipline & Ethics Management at Bandhan Bank since July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy Manager in HR Operations at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank from July 2017 to July 2024, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, KYC quality control, system alteration requests, exit management for the East Region, processing of PF and UAN resolutions, and various employee benefits projects. Earlier in the career, Tathagata worked as an Operations Officer in Asset, focusing on backend operational support for branches in Jharkhand, Meghalaya, and Assam and managing salary advance processing. Tathagata holds a B.Com degree from the University of Calcutta, completed in 2014, and graduated from M.P Birla Foundation H.S School in 2011 with a focus on Business/Commerce.
