Adarsh Unny is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in project management and business growth. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Growth at Bandhan Life since April 2023, Adarsh focuses on building digital partnerships with FinTechs, NBFCs, and banks, achieving significant revenue growth as Program Manager for Group & Retail Business. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, where leadership on a major power plant project led to increased productivity, and holding senior engineer roles at Larsen & Toubro, contributing to significant infrastructure projects including the Statue of Unity and a luxury hotel development.
