Pankaj Sood

Pankaj Sood has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Pankaj is currently the Director at Bandhan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Prior to that, Pankaj was the Senior Vice President at Kotak Investment Bank from December 2003 to December 2009. Pankaj also worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate from May 2003 to December 2003, and at SBI Capital Markets Ltd as a Manager from January 1999 to December 2003. Pankaj has a deep understanding of the M&A process and has helped many companies successfully navigate through complex transactions.

Pankaj Sood graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. Pankaj then went on to complete their MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
