Nicole Horsford - Holley

Nicole Horsford - Holley is an experienced professional in product development and production, currently serving as the Head of Development and Production at Bandit since February 2023. In addition to this role, Nicole has been an Adjunct Instructor at Kent State University since August 2019, focusing on effective classroom teaching, academic advising, and curriculum development for courses related to textiles and apparel. Prior experience includes consultancy roles for various companies specializing in product development and production within the contemporary and luxury sectors, as well as leadership positions at Amscan - Party City, Gap Inc., Marissa Webb, Armani Exchange, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Calvin Klein Jeans. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland.
