Jon Bahr

Jon Bahr currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Downtown Music Holdings, a role held since January 2022, overseeing various music-related entities. Previously, Jon Bahr was the Vice President of Business Development & Licensing and Vice President of Creator Services at CD Baby, where responsibilities included managing artist relations, music publishing, and licensing for millions of songs. Jon Bahr also held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Licensing at AVL Digital Group, and prior to that, contributed significantly to ASCAP as Senior Director of Marketing & Communications. Early career experiences included artist management, office assistance at notable agencies, and roles in festival production and volunteer management. Educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and executive education at Harvard Business School.
