Wendy Dodd

Wendy Dodd currently serves as the Talent Operations Manager at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, where responsibilities include the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies and the analysis of recruiting metrics to enhance business operations. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Talent Partnerships Manager at Xanterra Travel Collection, implementing programs across the portfolio and managing an internship program.
