Mallory Babika

Mallory Babika, SHRM-CP, SHRM-TA, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Embrace Pet Insurance since January 2020, Mallory has previously held various roles including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Manager of People Operations and Culture. Prior to this, leadership experience was demonstrated as Director of Programs and Interim Executive Director at Domestic Violence Shelter and Services, overseeing operations and staff training. Additionally, Mallory founded Tackle Domestic Violence, focusing on community awareness and fundraising initiatives. A background in human resources is further established through positions at Pilot Air Freight, Jerry's Dari, and The Limited. Mallory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Cleveland State University.
