Susan Mulikita

Susan has a wealth of ICT/telecommunications legal, regulatory and management experience operating at a senior level for both private sector and public organizations in the public and private sector. This includes Liquid Telecom as Chief Executive Officer, Airtel where she was responsible for telecommunications and ICT law, policy, regulation and stakeholder management and the Zambia Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ZICTA). She holds a Master of Laws (ICT) from the Buckinghamshire New University (UK). She is a qualified practitioner of Telecoms/ICT Policy, Law, Regulation and Management with accreditation by the Wits University of South Africa. She has been a long-standing member of the Law Association of Zambia and is also qualified to practice Law in Zambia.
