Jennie Ellis

Jennie Ellis is the founder and CEO of Bandwidth, a company that provides recruiting and HR services for high-tech companies. Prior to starting Bandwidth, Jennie was the founder and principal of Ellis Recruiting & HR, where they provided recruiting and HR services for public and private companies. Jennie has also served as the director of human resources and administration for Real Time Data and as a talent advisor for CommerceIQ. In addition to their work with Bandwidth, Jennie is also the operating executive for Trilogy Search Partners, LLC.

Jennie Ellis has a bachelors of arts from the University of Washington in psychology. Jennie also has an MBA from Seattle Pacific University. Jennie has a certificate in Women on Boards from the University of Washington. Jennie is certified by the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) as a coach and by the NLP & Coaching Institute as a Neurolinguistic Programming Practioner. Jennie is also certified by SHRM as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
