Jacqueline Sarkies

Jacqueline Sarkies, MBA, PSM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, customer success, and operations. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Bandwidth Inc. since November 2021, Jacqueline previously held the position of Customer Success Manager, Key at the same company. Prior roles include REALTOR® at RE/MAX United, Director of Operations at Event Espresso Catering, and various management positions in the hospitality sector, including General Manager at Gravy Italian-American Kitchen and Food & Beverage Manager at Vail Resorts. Jacqueline began a career in higher education as Assistant Director of Admissions at Wagner College. Academically, Jacqueline earned an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wagner College, along with a Certificate in Technical Project Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
