Niall Costello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational management. Currently serving as the Global Manager of Customer Success at Bandwidth Inc. since December 2020, Niall has progressed through roles such as Team Lead for International Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on strategic customer relationships and operational excellence.
