Judith Reis Lima

Judith Reis Lima, MBA has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Judith is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Bane Care Management LLC, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief of Staff, Finance for Bane Care Management LLC, starting in October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and prioritizing critical issues for efficient decision making and acted as a point of contact between top management and other stakeholders.

Before joining Bane Care Management LLC, Judith served as the VP of Finance/Controller at Wingate Healthcare from March 2014 to September 2017. Judith also held positions at Wingate Healthcare, Inc., including Director of Planning & Analysis from February 2013 to March 2014, Assistant Controller from November 2009 to February 2013, and Accounting Manager from October 2005 to November 2009.

Prior to their roles in the healthcare industry, Judith worked as an Auditor at Landa & Altsher from July 2001 to September 2005. Judith began their career as a Paralegal at the Law Office of Joseph F. deMello, where they worked from November 1996 to July 2001.

Judith Reis Lima, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1997 to 2001. Judith then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management at Fitchburg State University, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.
