Susan MacIndewar

Susan MacIndewar has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Susan started as an Assisted Living Director at Life Care Centers of America in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Susan then joined Waban Health Center as the Director of Admissions from 2013 to 2016. After that, they joined Brookdale Quincy Bay, where they held multiple roles, including Business Development Coordinator from 2017 to 2018 and Director of Finance and Human Resources from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Benchmark Senior Living as the Director of Business Administration, a role they held until 2021. Susan'smost recent positions include Director of Sales and Marketing at Windrose at Weymouth from 2022 (March to October) and currently at BaneCare Management from 2022 (October to present).

Susan MacIndewar attended Cape Cod Community College from 1981 to 1983, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Following that, they attended UMass Boston from 1983 to 1985, studying Business Administration and Management.
