Sus Bugge

Sus Bugge is an experienced IT professional with a robust history of leadership in IT operations. Currently serving as Head of IT Operations at Banedanmark since January 2020, Sus previously held similar leadership roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark from August 2015 to January 2020, and as IT administrator/Senior Adviser at the Nordic Council of Ministers from August 2007 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, where responsibilities ranged from IT system management to IT support at the Permanent EU Representation in Brussels. Sus Bugge is well-qualified, holding certifications in Effective Leadership, coaching, ITIL, PRINCE2, and ScrumMaster, alongside extensive technical training in various Microsoft technologies and project management.
