Felipe Lemmo Mondolfi

Felipe Lemmo Mondolfi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Banesco Seguros since October 2021, Felipe previously co-founded and directed Tuseguro.com, a web portal for insurance quotations and sales operating across Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and Venezuela, from November 2013 to October 2021. Felipe's career includes a significant tenure as Director at Makler Sociedad de Corretaje de Seguros, managing mass insurance sales initiatives, and a role as Managing Director for the Andean Region at The Quaker Oats Company, where strategic growth was a key focus. Felipe's foundational experience includes senior product management at SC Johnson and product management at MAVESA. Educational credentials include an Executive Development Program from The Wharton School, an MBA in Marketing from UCAB, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
