Natalie Kokka

Natalie Kokka is the Head of BanffEngage and Client Operations at Banff, where Natalie focuses on managing and expanding Banff executive advisory services and programs. Prior to their current role, Natalie worked as a Principal at True Search, where Natalie placed C-level and VP-level finance executives for pre-IPO, Private Equity, and Venture Capital-backed businesses. Before that, Natalie also worked at Heidrick & Struggles as an Executive Recruiter in various sectors. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Environmental Systems and Society from UCLA.
