Emilee Bartholomew

Emilee Bartholomew currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at Banfield Pet Hospital since May 2023, following a diverse and extensive career in human resources and management roles at Mars from June 2015 to December 2022. At Mars, Emilee held various positions, including Regional Human Resource Business Partner & Talent Manager where responsibilities included partnering with leadership to achieve business goals, leveraging data for strategic recommendations, and managing talent acquisition processes. Earlier experiences include roles at The Nutro Company in supply chain management and operational buying, a stint at DaVita as a Refund Analyst, and positions in music management and promotions. Emilee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from Mid-America Christian University and has studied Communications at George Fox University.
