Joanna Chang

Joanna Chang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative services management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of TA Administrative Services at Banfield Pet Hospital since December 2017, Joanna is part of the world's largest veterinary practice. Prior experience includes managing HR Administrative Services at City of Hope from March 2011 to December 2017, contributing to a leading biomedical research and treatment institution. Joanna's earlier roles include working with the Los Angeles County Office of Education on initiatives to enhance student academic success from 2008 to 2010, and serving as Program Director and Interim Executive Director at Family Counseling Services of West San Gabriel Valley from 1993 to 2000, focusing on marriage and family counseling as well as outpatient drug rehabilitation. Joanna holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
