Kimberly Larkin began their work experience as a Veterinarian at Farmingville Animal Hospital in August 2003. From September 2005 to March 2009, they served as an Associate Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital. Following that, they worked as a Partner Doctor and Chief of Staff from March 2009 to July 2011, and as a Medical Director from July 2011 to January 2018 at Banfield Pet Hospital. In February 2018, they took on the role of Director of Veterinary Quality at the same company, which they held until December 2021. From January 2022 to August 2023, they served as a Senior Manager of Operations Field Support at Banfield Pet Hospital.
