Anne-Mette Novrup

Anne-Mette Novrup is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at Bang & Olufsen since January 2020, Anne-Mette previously held various HR roles at FMC Corporation from April 2015 to January 2020, including HR Manager and HR Business Partner for the EMEA region. Prior to that, Anne-Mette worked at Cheminova A/S from February 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities included Compensation Specialist and HR Manager for Europe. Early career experience includes a position as Business Consultant at Nordvestjysk Erhverv from March 2004 to January 2009.
