Jacob Faarkrog Christensen

Jacob Faarkrog Christensen is the owner of Børneloppen Horsens since March 2024 and serves as the Customer Validation Lead at Bang & Olufsen, a position held since May 2021. In this role, Jacob manages the validation of products for internal and external users, oversees project and budget planning for customer validation tests, and ensures stakeholder alignment on future roadmaps. Prior experience at Bang & Olufsen includes serving as a Software Test Engineer and a UX Student Assistant, where Jacob conducted user tests, analyzed data, and contributed to UX improvements. Earlier roles include positions at AB Catering, Foam, the Danish Armed Forces, Lalandia A/S, and LEGOLAND Billund Resort. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Product and Design Psychology from Aalborg University, completed between 2017 and 2020, and has additional educational credentials from HF & VUC.
