Jonas Glyager

Jonas Glyager is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and commercial matters. Currently serving as Sr Legal Business Partner and Head of Commercial at Bang & Olufsen since July 2017, Jonas leads the legal sales team and oversees M&A transactions and strategic agreements. Previous positions include Senior Legal Business Partner at Bang & Olufsen, where responsibilities encompassed global retail distribution and capital markets matters, and Attorney-at-law at Lundgrens, focusing on corporate commercial and financing issues. Additional experience includes roles at Deloitte, Abel & Skovgård Larsen, and Plesner, specializing in M&A, corporate matters, and financing law. Jonas holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen and studied at The University of British Columbia. Prior to a legal career, Jonas was a badminton player for Danmarks Badminton Forbund.
