Jonathan Secuya

Jonathan Secuya is an experienced risk manager with a comprehensive background in information technology audit and risk management. Currently serving as the Risk Manager for the Peso Real-Time Gross Settlement Payment System at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas since February 2010, Jonathan focuses on ensuring compliance with risk management standards and implementing effective mitigation measures. Previous roles include serving as an Information Technology Risk Manager and Audit Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supervising audit teams and assessing the effectiveness of governance and control processes. Jonathan's educational background includes a Master’s in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Master in Management from Philippine Christian University, along with various other qualifications in accountancy and computer engineering.
