Maliha Gias

Maliha Gias is an accomplished professional with experience in leadership, academic writing, and branding within various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive and Leadership Faculty at the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) since October 2024, Maliha previously held positions as an Academic Writer at Assignoholic Research and Consultancy and as Head of Branding & Content Creation at the Chittagong University Human Resource Club. Additional roles include HR Intern at Clifton Group, Campus Ambassador for Teach For Bangladesh, Leadership Facilitator at BYLC, and Social Media Intern at Youth Opportunities. Maliha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Chittagong, complemented by a strong educational foundation from Govt. Hazi Muhammad Mohsin College and Dr. Khastagir Govt. Girls' High School.
