Mukit Ahmed has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and marketing sector, starting with roles at British American Tobacco and Pacific Bangladesh Telecom Limited. Mukit then moved on to Grameenphone Ltd, where they held several positions in brand communications and digital marketing. Following this, they worked at Robi Axiata Limited as a General Manager before joining banglalink as Head of eMarketing, Head of Brand Marketing Communications, and eventually as Head of Content, Commercial.

Mukit Ahmed completed their SSC from St. Joseph High School, Dhaka in the year 1998 and HSC from Notre Dame College, Dhaka in the year 2000. Mukit pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration [IBA] - University of Dhaka from 2001 to 2005. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from North South University between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they have completed various certifications in Leadership Training, Project Management, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Creative Problem Solving & Decision-Making from different institutions in subsequent years.
