Francis Robbins

Francis Robbins has joined us as our new Assistant Airport Director, Operations. Francis comes to us from the Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL), and brings over a decade of experience in various roles at FNL, most recently serving as Acting Airport Director. Along the way, he’s taken on everything from capital planning and budgeting to managing major projects like terminal construction and a runway rehabilitation project. He also has extensive experience in airport safety, security, and day-to-day operations. His leadership and depth of experience are a great fit for our team as we look ahead to BGR’s future. Francis is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and also holds an Airport Certified Employee (ACE) -Security certification.

Francis, his wife and four children, are excited to be joining the Bangor community!
