Cher Lewney

Cher Lewney is a postgraduate researcher at Bangor University, pursuing a PhD since March 2020. With extensive experience in transformation and digital strategy, Cher has held significant roles including Head of Transformation Design at L&Q and Principal Consultant at Altair Ltd. Cher’s earlier positions include Digital Strategy & Community Resilience Programme Manager at Flintshire CC and Head of Industry in Housing at Hitachi Solutions Europe Ltd. Additionally, Cher founded iDeliver, specializing in interim management within the UK public sector, leveraging expertise in project management, business improvement, and organizational redesign. Cher also has experience as an Interim Head of IT at Cross Keys Homes and served as a Programme Manager for the Digital by Design initiative at Aspire Group. Cher holds a degree in Arabic and International Relations from the University of St Andrews and is a certified Prince 2 Practitioner.
