Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis is an accomplished technology and change management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Technology Director at Banham Group since July 2023, Mark oversees technology infrastructure and customer solutions, having successfully delivered a significant Sage X3 ERP upgrade and is currently implementing Salesforce CRM and CPQ. Prior to this, Mark held senior positions at John Lewis Partnership and John Lewis & Partners, including Head of Change Practices and Head of Change and Portfolio, where Mark developed change management frameworks and led large teams to execute complex change initiatives. Mark's career began in 1994 at John Lewis, progressing through various roles, including General Manager, where a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency were paramount. Mark holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a degree in Theology from the University of Nottingham.
