Rohan Flavelle

Rohan Flavelle has extensive experience in CRM management and project delivery across various financial institutions. Currently serving as CRM Programme Manager at Banham Group since March 2023, Rohan previously held the role of SVP - Head of Business Excellence at Preqin, where responsibilities included leading CRM, ERP, and Business Intelligence functions. Rohan's career spans significant positions, including Vice President - CRM at NatWest, where management of a global team facilitated Salesforce implementation, and CRM Project Manager roles at Rothschild and RBS, delivering Dynamics CRM solutions to a wide user base. Rohan's expertise in CRM strategy and execution is further backed by earlier experience in project management and business analysis across several organizations, including Investec, Oakton, National Australia Bank, and Telstra. Rohan is an alumnus of Swinburne University of Technology.
