Michael Gaul

Michael Gaul is currently working as the Director Legal and General Counsel at Banijay Germany since July 2020. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Endemol Shine Germany from March 2019 to December 2022. With extensive experience in the legal field, Michael also served as Deputy Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Endemol Shine Group from October 2011 to February 2019. Before their roles in the entertainment industry, Michael worked as a Rechtsanwalt at Lungerich & Lenz Rechtsanwälte. Michael holds a Master of Laws - LLM in Medienrecht und Medienwirtschaft from Forschungstelle Medienrecht an der Fachhochschule Köln, and 1. & 2. juristisches Staatsexamen from University of Cologne and Referendariat beim OLG Köln respectively.
