Currently serving as the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits/HRIS and Head of HR Group Netherlands at Banijay since February 2018, Jean-Michel has previously held significant roles, including Vice President Compensation & Benefits/HRIS International at Staples and Sr. Director Global Compensation & Benefits at ASML. Additionally, Jean-Michel's expertise began as a Senior HR/International Tax Consultant at PwC. With a solid educational background that includes a Master of Laws in Tax Law and an MBA in Marketing from Tilburg University, as well as ongoing participation in the Strategic Leadership Program at IMD, Jean-Michel demonstrates a commitment to professional development and leadership in human resources.
