Lydia Chaouche

Lydia Chaouche is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and business affairs, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Banijay since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lydia worked as Legal Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs at Lagardère Studios from March 2016 to May 2022 and completed a marketing and communication internship at the Commission du Film d'Île-de-France in early 2016. Notable early experiences include a summer internship with the United States Department of Defense, where research focused on France's role in the 2011 Libyan war, and various legal internships that involved drafting legal documents and research. Lydia holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Laws (LLM) in Entertainment, Media, and Intellectual Property Law from UCLA, and degrees from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in Communications Law, International Private Law, and Private Law.
