Prior to this role, Marion held various sales director positions at Endemol Shine International Limited, where Marion was responsible for rights exploitation, negotiating contracts, attending markets, and ensuring timely payments. Marion has a strong background in international film sales, marketing, distribution, and development, with experience at companies such as Axxon Films, Traverse Media, and The Little Film Company. Marion holds a Master's degree in Film Studies and has completed certificate programs in Film and TV Producing.
