Mark Woollard

Mark Woollard is an accomplished professional in the gaming and gambling licensing sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Gaming and Gambling Licensing Division at Banijay Rights since April 2024. Woollard founded Upstart Gaming in March 2019 and previously held the role of Director for Banijay's Global Licensing Division, where responsibilities included licensing renowned television IPs like Deal or No Deal and Peaky Blinders across various gaming sectors. With significant experience as a Board Member of Playzido, a successful iGaming software business, and as Co-Founder & CEO of HUN Wines, a Fair Trade canned wine startup, Woollard has demonstrated a strong track record in business development and brand licensing. Additional roles include Business Development Director at Pragmatic Solutions and Commercial Director for Endemol Shine UK's Gaming division, where strategic oversight encompassed real money gaming and branded deals.
