Alejandro Rodriguez M

Alejandro Rodriguez M. has a strong professional background in IT architecture and solutions. Alejandro started their career as a Software Development Consultant at Infosgroup, where they developed and maintained websites and backend processes for Copa Airlines. Alejandro also worked on test automation scripts using Rational Robot and Clear Case for Banco General S.A. In 2008, Alejandro joined Copa Airlines as a Solutions Architect, where they collaborated with teams and external consultants to implement programs and select vendors for the company. Alejandro later took on the role of Lead Solutions Architect, overseeing the implementation of the Frequent Flyer Program. In 2016, Alejandro joined Banistmo as the Chief Technology Architect, where they contributed to the development and maintenance of architecture guiding principles, led the development of new corporate IT standards, and created architectural patterns and solution designs for use in solutions.

Alejandro Rodriguez M completed their education at the Universidad Tecnológica Panamá from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Software Development.

Alejandro has also obtained several additional certifications including "Software Architecture: Breaking a Monolith into Microservices" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020, and "TOGAF 9 Certification" from The Open Group in June 2017.
