Arleen Diaz Vergara

Arleen Diaz Vergara has extensive work experience in human resources and management. Arleen most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Culture at Banistmo since December 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cable & Wireless Panama from May 2015 to December 2017. Arleen also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Banco Delta, S.A. from August 2013 to May 2015. Arleen held the position of Director of Human Resources at TVN Canal 2 from July 2004 to August 2013. Arleen began their career at Citi in 1997, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 2004.

Arleen Diaz Vergara completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Maestría en Administración de Empresas, from INCAE Business School. This degree was earned between the years 1994 and 1996. Prior to this, they had pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, known as Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas Computacionales, from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. This degree was obtained over the period of 1985 to 1993. No specific field of study was provided for either degree.
