Makhfi Aissame has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Deputy Director at Bank Al-Maghrib since March 2008, overseeing Payment Systems and Financial Inclusion. Previous roles at the bank include Senior Expert in Risk, Control & Audit, Head of Internal Audit Department, and Head of Public Registries and Credit Bureau Oversight Department. Makhfi played a significant role in the national project to establish Morocco's first Credit Bureau System. Prior to this, Makhfi worked at Atos from August 2000 to February 2008 as a Project Manager and Team Leader, implementing various Automated Clearing Houses and upgrading payment systems across several countries including Venezuela, Algeria, and Jordan. Makhfi holds a degree from Centrale Lille and completed preparatory studies in Mathematics, Physics, Mechanics, and Chemistry at Lycée Raspail in Paris.
