Najat El Mekkaoui

Najat EL MEKKAOUI is a distinguished academic and board member with extensive experience in economics and finance. Currently a Professeur associé at Université Paris Dauphine since 1998, Najat also serves as a Board Member of Bank Al-Maghrib and President of the Social Funds Steering Committee. In addition, Najat holds roles as an EMEA research fellow at the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association, a Visiting Professor at NOVA IMS Information Management School, and a Scientific Council Member at the Moroccan Capital Market Authority. Najat's previous appointments include being a Distinguished Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and Chargée de mission at the Ministère des Affaires Sociales. Najat's educational background includes a PhD and a Master research programme in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine, as well as a Master in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
