Soumia El hamti has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving in back-office engagement at BANK AL YOUSR since December 2017. Responsibilities include verifying the completeness and compliance of financing files, managing production and processing of documents, and overseeing guarantees and reporting on engagements. Additionally, Soumia has experience in payment methods and electronic payment processing. Prior to this role, Soumia was a supervisor of contentious debt collection at Vivalis Salaf from August 2015 to November 2017, managing client portfolios and leading a team to recover outstanding debts. Educational pursuits include certification as a Takaful Manager from FINÉOPOLIS INSTITUTE and certification as an Islamic Banker from the General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI), alongside studies at Université Hassan II de Casablanca.
