Dean Panebianco

Dean Panebianco is currently the Treasury Finance Manager at Bank Australia, focusing on ALCO reporting, regulatory reporting, funds transfer pricing, and treasury asset and liability management. Previously, Dean served at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority from May 2019 to April 2024, holding various roles including Graduate Industry Manager and Principal Analyst, where responsibilities included leading analysis for AMP Bank and ensuring effective liquidity and capital risk management. As the founder of Tooth Rush, a high-tech startup, Dean developed a novel ultrasound toothbrush and partnered with key organizations to secure patents and funding. Earlier career experiences included positions at GE Oil & Gas and GE, where Dean excelled in financial analysis and operational improvement, as well as teaching English in Japan through the JET program. Dean holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Finance from Swinburne University of Technology and additional qualifications in SQL from Khan Academy.
