Sonya Clancy

Sonya was appointed Chief People Officer in July 2018. Sonya is an experienced senior leader having previously held executive roles in human resources, marketing and communication.

Sonya is responsible for the people and culture strategy and initiatives across Bank Australia.

Sonya is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of AHRI. Sonya currently holds the positions of Chair of the Board for both The Big Issue and Homes for Homes.
