Emanuel Anggit

Emanuel Anggit is an experienced IT Analyst at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) since January 2011, leading a team of over 15 Frontend Developers on diverse web and mobile projects, and previously managing more than 200 contact center agents to ensure compliance with company policies across multiple sites. Prior roles include IT Analyst responsibilities involving backup architecture, Solaris server management, and administering Tivoli Storage Manager, as well as experience as a Trainee at PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi and an IT Staff position at Fastware. Emanuel holds a Master of Information Systems Management from BINUS University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana.
