Lisa Tantoso Djohan

Lisa Tantoso Djohan is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, where since January 2006, Lisa has progressed from the role of Assistant HR Officer to Vice President of Human Resources. In current responsibilities, Lisa oversees the organization of a team focused on employee benefits and contact center services, while previously ensuring effective recruitment processes and policy development. Prior experience includes HR Generalist roles at PT Dexa Medica and a comprehensive understanding of banking operations gained through the Management Development Program. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Unika Atma Jaya.
