Ida Putu Rizky Ady has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and service delivery, currently serving as the IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Head at CIMB Niaga since April 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing various aspects of IT infrastructure, IT operations, service delivery, and cloud technology, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and standards. Prior roles encompass leadership positions in project management and IT governance, where significant contributions were made to strategic IT initiatives, including devops implementation and cloud computing strategies. Previous positions held at Bank BTPN, BII - Maybank, and PermataBank highlight expertise in IT project management and business analysis, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
