Andita Latief is an experienced professional in the fields of learning, engagement, and people development, currently serving as the Learning and Engagement Lead at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. since February 2024. Previous roles include Organization, People Development and Culture Manager at both Stockbit and Bibit.id, and HR Growth Lead at Xendit. Latief has also held key positions in learning and development at Lazada and Facebook, as well as in people development and culture at Tokopedia. Additional experience includes consulting for PwC and a long tenure at MUFG, where responsibilities spanned learning and development, talent recruitment, and various banking operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in HRM and Organisational Analysis from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Indonesia.
