Raihan Ali Maulana Aufa

Raihan Ali Maulana Aufa is an Agile Capability Accelerator Specialist at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., since June 2022, focusing on human capital in a digital squad agile environment, encompassing training, certification, and process improvement. Raihan has managed the Learning Captain program to enhance peer-to-peer learning and standardize work processes across agile roles. Previously, Raihan participated in the Danamon Bankers Trainee program with a project assignment in the Social Media Branding Division within the Marketing Directorate. Earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources at PT BINA PERTIWI ENERGI, where Raihan prepared HCM evaluation documents and conducted a labor expenditure analysis report. Raihan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Indonesia, obtained in January 2022.
